1. something strange (to get you interested):calling 9-1-1 ... this is an emergency ... we need someone who can write from the heart!

2. objective of the lesson: to get a little better understanding of how to open your heart and let the words out

3. reason for the lesson: because open heart thinking and writing is essential to our lives

4. procedure: listen to the music, write from the heart
